Plastisol Transfer Printing (PTP) Information

Most items that are manufactured by PED-Med can be printed with your company name and/or logo. Plastisol transfer printing is more expensive than vinyl decal printing, but leaves no real image edge and is smooth. Platisol transfer printing is only available on to our wholesale accounts only. Should you require plastisol transfer printing the following applies:

Any variation of image colors, shades or halftones can be used on a white back drop. Plastisol is white like paper which leaves a white border around the image.
Our graphics department will make the necessary changes to the size if required. Free consultation is also available from our graphic department.
For SMALL image sizes smaller than 2 1/2"W * 1"L the price is $.18 for each item printed.
For STRIP image sizes smaller than 10"W * 1/2"L the price is $.28 for each item printed.
For MEDIUM image sizes smaller than 5 "W * 3 1/2"L the price is $.78 for each item printed. We do not recommend plastisol transfer printing for image sizes larger than this area.
Please send camera ready artwork to our sales department via real or electronic mail attachment to our graphics department using jpg, or bmp format.
